Evanston Neighborhood Properties has been managing a variety of vintage properties for 25 years in several Evanston neighborhoods. Our properties feature wonderful building architecture dating back to the early 20th century. The entrance and foyers have their original tile work and pillars. Many apartments have been renovated but have maintained the vintage charm of the building while offering the convenience of modern kitchens. Our Management is committed to prompt and courteous service through our office located in downtown Evanston. We are here to assist our residents as well as provide 24 hour emergency maintenance.

Our portfolio includes 15 vintage properties in Evanston with stuido, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. Our properties have laundry facilities, hardwood floors, radiator heat and renovated units with new cabinets, countertops, appliances and dishwashers in the kitchen.

Our ownership has made changes over the years and is currently in the middle of an upgrading project adding modern day amenities. Window installations have been completed in 7 of our properties with other projects started and more planned.

A few of our locations are within walking distance of Northwestern University, Downtown Evanston and the CTA Purple Line. Several of our properties also provide garage or parking lot spaces for a monthly charge. The apartments under our Management are in many of the charming neighborhoods where shopping, boutiques, antique shops and restaurants are readily available.
