Suite #104
Schaumburg, IL 60173

Your check should be made payable to Evanston Neighborhood Properties. Your current address must be visible on all forms of payment.

Remember, your obligation is to pay your rent on time. Rent is due on the first of the month. It is always critical that you refer to your lease regarding any question of rent due each month. Rent is considered late if paid or received after the 5th of the month. You will be assessed a late fee of $25 if rent is paid or received after the 5th. In addition, we do not accept personal checks after the 15th of the month. Payments made after the 15th of the month must be made in the form of a cashier's check or a money order.

Renter's Insurance

All residents are advised at the time of move-in to obtain and keep a current apartment renters insurance policy to cover personal property and liability. We do not provide, nor are we responsible for such coverage.
